Arnold has had a numerous heart surgeries. A lot of them cover up the mess they're in.

Look at Dan Duchaine.

You yourself called them sick fucks.... and some of them are... too bad steroids were in experimental phases in terms of knowing about long term health effects.


Smoking is one of the worst things you can do to the heart/arteries. Some have said that he smoked cigars non stop morning to night for decades. Now add boat loads of hormones and heavy lifting and he's really lucky to be alive.

This is what Robbie says on his blog. So there are 8 X 45 plates plus the bar and assembly which is about 65 pounds.
So he is squatting with about 425lbs in the photo.

Respect for Robbie please. Of course he can't do 505x2 for real, you can see that in the masters pics, but he looked very good into his late 50s...

I was there that day watching the photo shoot. He did get up heavier maybe 485. It's at Dave Fishers Powerhouse Gym in Torrance, CA. Yes it's a Smith Machine but it's not angled and there is no counter weight. The rack on the machine does add additional weight but not 145. Robby didn't go all the way down on the squats but give the guy a break.

He looked awesome and better than most dweebs in any gym. Yes I'd prefer he didn't get up on stage but seeing him train is pretty cool.

amazing arm definition in the video but chest is paper thin. Hes defined and ripped like any urban crackhead but with more muscle hes a short and short limbed, the rippedness is the illusion
