Who would win at around 190-195?

As long as we're being hypothetical, Liddell would suffer more and probably give up more strength to drop to 190-195.  By fight time, Liddell's back up to 215 or so.

Franklin was a LHW when he started, he dropped to MW probably cos he knew himself he couldnt beat Chuck or Randy regardless of how good he is

Liddell would ko Franklin.  If Rich thought he would be champ at the heavier weight, he would not have dropped down.  The heavier the weight class usually means more money to the fighter.

but is there a paycheck difference from this weightclasses? franklin doesnt seem to have a problem dropping weight and then he will have an advantage in that division
but it's interesting though, in a couple of years who knows what will happend, randy fought and won in two divisions as you probably know

Chuck Liddell makes quite a bit more money from the UFC than Rich Franklin.  But he has fought for them longer, and Franklin signed a seven fight contract before he won the belt which doesn't pay him very well.  The higher weight classes tend to get paid more but it varies by individual.
