I'm 235 pounds, 11% bodyfat, I have been doing this on a restricted calorie diet and my weight really doesn't change, whatever I lose in fat gets replaced by muscle, I squat 585 pounds for sets on leg days, bench 295(once lol I'm kind of weak in the chest), and Barbell row 310 for sets again, I do sets of 6-10. I'm also freakishly strong on all exercises.
Should we give him the benefit of the doubt? ::)

Erg sanca van je. But I doubt if what he tells is the truth, my bicycle has black tyres. When a person says that he squats that much is hard to believe it on a forum like this.
