i can hear it now...

lats are too high...one arm bigger than the other....abs are too blocky...

needs more calf size..

been training for 2 years now... seriously.. before that i was just kinda mucking around in the gym...you know.
the first 20 months was all natural, now im starting to do some light cycles.

disco stuuuuu------ to be honest with you ,I think a little more size may help, sure you look good but for you to take the next step up from Novice class into the Open class you will to add maybe 200 to 300 more grams of good quality muscle, try lifting heavy for a couple of weeks and see how that goes, also if you got a little bit leaner that would high light your muscles more and make you look a little bigger , prehaps do some cross training, add in some tri athalons and maybe a bit of rock climbing to burn so extra cals , but all in all you look to be on the right track !!!
