Certainly they're not talking about a billionaire like Magic Johnson who manipulates all kinds of black owned business government support that really wasnt intended for his level of wealth...then bilking the poor by promoting tax refund loans...nah..thats cool
We all know what "the rich" means...its means go ahead and hate white men...but when you need to disguise your hate...like radical Islam...just say something like how some Founder owned slaves or "the rich" don't pay enough taxes.....but underneath go ahead and hate.

I guess if there’s a state law, it needs to be obeyed. But in general it seems like individual municipalities should be able to decorate (or undecorate) the parks inside their city or county limits however they want to.
