I would have thought a 4X Mr. O would know how to train by now. I always find it hilarious when top level pros need "trainers". Unless "trainer" is slang for something else.

75% of the BBers he trains have lousy form... he never corrects them either, take note. There have also been some VERY lazy BBers under his wing that have excelled... Dillet comes to mind. Do you think that got that way because of Glass's training techniques? ???
Drugs come first. Everything else is secondary.

Jays never had the strength and size Cormier had and Chris beat jay at the Arnold if a person had a choice between Charles glass or Cormier it's easy Cormier is way better bber and becoming better guru than charles
