Title: 03-30-06 - Titus, Ryan, Gross Plead Not Guilty
Post by: Lift Studios on March 30, 2006, 10:56:22 AM
January 22, 2007 Court Date set according to the stories posted at http://www.titusandryan.com

Lawyers for the married couple said after the brief arraignment they intend to seek bail for Titus and Ryan pending trial, which the judge set for Jan. 22. Gross, 23, remains under house arrest after posting $13,000 bail.

Titus, 41, a 1996 bodybuilding champion and Mr. Olympia competitor, stood in shackles and declared himself "100 percent not guilty" when Clark County District Judge Jackie Glass asked for his plea to charges of murder with a deadly weapon, first-degree kidnapping and third-degree arson.

"Not guilty," said Ryan, 33, a past Fitness America and Fitness International winner, said when asked her plea to the same charges.

In my experience, telling the judge you are "100% Not Guilty" is up to 2% more effective than saying "98% Not Guilty".

You can't say that Craig isn't smart.

After all, by saying "100% Not Guilty" Craig is really impressing upon the Judge that despite:

(1) Shooting the victim six times with a taser; (2) Disabling the victim with a stun gun; (3) Punching the victim in the face; (4) Injecting the victim with morphine; (5) Strangling the victim; (6) Choking the victim; (7) Hog-tying the victim; (8) Duct-taping the victim; (9) Putting the victim in the trunk of your car; (10) Purchasing lighter fluid; (11) Burning the victim in the car; (12) Bragging about the murder; (13) Demonstrating how you committed the murder; (14) Lying to the police; (15) Fleeing the state; (16) Telling everyone of your plan to flee to Greece to evade prosecution; (17) Attempting to liquidate your assets; (18) Attempting to flee the country; (19) Lying to the FBI; and (20) Getting your stories confused several times...

He really is 100% Not Guilty!!
