Slin: Pre or Post workout?

How do those of you that use slin dose it in terms of timing?  Anyone try both ways and like one better?
I'm looking into adding a touch of slin post workout with 10IU GH on workout days only which would be four per week.  The other days no GH or slin.

i like pre workout and drinking a shake during training, the pump is crazy and then gh postworkout

if i were to do slin, id def do it pre, with gh post............ seems to be the way to go if your using it sensibly

i had a friend that used it pre and post with long acting before bed, he was a right crazy c.unt tho

So I've been doing 15IU of humulin r pre workout with a pre and intra shake and it's pretty amazing honestly.  Great pumps, and muscles feel and look fuller even days later.  Doing 10IU GH post workout, but I think I'm going to go for 15 this week after xmas.

thats perfect, im doing a;most the same. Slin pre with a intra shake and the workouts/pumps are sick! GH immediatly postworkout
