Oops... We need to talk to Alan Donnelly then of Flex Magazine. When we were there covering the American Gladiators at Gold's Venice, we ate on the bar side, with Chris Cormier...

Dude, when you are hungry and the other side is full, you just can't wait.

For those who have not been to the Firehouse, it is walking distance (about a block from Gold's Venice), and very close to Dave Bourlet's Max Muscle of Venice.



For those who don't know what a Bob Bowl is, here is a video. It is in Quicktime, so it might take a sec to load up, but it features some people eating a Bob Bowl!

5 pm  and I just walked in from pre-judging/hanging out at the show. Did not make Firehouse. Excellent turnout at the California.

*Lots of hotties
*Mens Hvyweight class was strong
*525 paid pre-judging attendance
*Saw & met Ron. He was shooting up a storm (pictures not heroin).
