Look at the simple things like how Reagan carried himself, how he spoke, what he spoke of and his ability to connect with people and not seem "out of reach". He instilled confidence when our nation had none, he bit the bullet in 1982-83, took a majore recession to kill inflation and it worked. He actually worked with an opposition party in Congress. Than look at how he carried himself abroad, the message he spoke of and how he spoke from a position of strength, authority and power. If you want a deeper look, research how he governed in California, he wasn't a full Right-Tilt conservative but instead was a somewhat of pragmatist when it really came down to things that matter. Was he a full fledged Conservative? No. Was he tip-toeing around the Liberal side of things? No. Was he a good President and a hell of a leader? Hell Fucking Yes.
Compare that above with Obama. It isn't even close.
