LOL. The Chickster also made a fruit reference to Kai during line-up commentary on a show last year. I nearly fell off my chair laughing. Anyone remember what show that was?

probably would have been a complete 360 to glass ways,yates would have been strict power movements and forced reps with big weight,back is something kai does not need so yates could not have done much there.
