Owning the fuck out of jay and dex (ronnie doesnt matter as is retired). In my opinion he is the most impressive bodybuilder going around at the moment. If shows up in good conditioning, which he has in the past, should be top 2 no doubt.

I agree with you Wiggs, what Phil has done to himself has both good and bad points.. He is a giant and one that Dex needs to now greatly fear, but he resembles Jay in ways that makes me as a fan cringe.....

Phil is making improvements and still 5 years away from peaking, if he keeps the belly in check. Dex and friends are making much smaller improvements each year. Even if dex beats Phil in completeness, Phil could win the whole show by shocking the shit out of everyone with his improvements.
There hasn't been a lot of excitement since ronnie got beat. 07 was kinda blah, and 08 was dexter's year but nothing earth-shattering. Phil might bring that back.

I agree, his bone structure is obviously unchanged.
But he has added a serious amount of quality muscle across his entire shoulder girdle, front and back.... and it has done wonders for him.
