I hit the gym again today for back and rear delts . After I finished again it was Mc Donald's time ...

Did you know that my meal at the local McDonald's here in Romania costs me as much as a really nice meal at a nice local restaurant ?

The gym was closed today...otherwise I would have gone.
Just did some bodyweight exercises today and will do a bit more later this evening.

it depends ...there are state of the art gyms across the country ..in my hometown there are only semiequipped shitty gyms that lack even basic stuff ...no bodybuilders in my hometown..there are 3 ..I'm 1 of them ....no chicks in the gyms almost at all...goodlooking girls do not work out . Their reasoning is that they don't have to.

i lifted yesterday. back in 2006 i went on Christmas day and hit a PR on the deadlift, which was pretty sweet, but this year it fell on an off-day so i got lucky. ;D

it's considered upscale because of the prices and the novelty factor .. and the McDonalds are absolutely spotless and sometimes much much bigger ...

I've been pretty slack for the past month myself... If I've made it in the gym 4 days a week in the past month since Thanksgiving, then I've done well... Sometimes you just need to enjoy the holidays.

there are plenty of reasons to fotograph Mcdonals ...one being that is the only one in town and a novelty. It's been around since 2005 or 6 .

Believe me when I tell you, I travel quite a bit... and I've even been to Romania for work... EA has a Bucharest studio now, which my boss happens to manage the IT services for.

Just fucking with you . Next time you're in Bucharest go to McDonald's in Piata Unirii....it's the biggest McDonald's you'll ever see..they pumped 1 million into that baby . it's so big you will take pictures and post them on here lol

Like that observation. When it comes to woman, we (the Dutch) have a opposite situation; nice (and less nice) looking chicks in the gyms and lots of fat ass woman outside.
