What is the cause of that large protruding belly button?

My guess is that it's a combination of the guy having and "outey" belly button to begin with and then hgh makes it grow similar to a skin tag and insulin obviously pushes visceral fat into the abdomen causing that aweful gut we all see.

If I'm wrong, someone correct me... that thing is gross though.

I'm not sure, but I remember watching this show on PPV and he ended up pulling out of the show.
