I watched exactly :05 sec of the 2nd video and immediately stopped it.  What in the fuck is the point of chains on lunges??  People should really look into why the chains were used in the first place.

God I wished a car would have driven by and run him over.

I don't know why their reasoning is but we do it because instability creates stability.....think about that.
