Excellent article.  Sheds a light on what is really possible training natural as opposed to delusional thinking that bodybuilders have.

An interesting article.

My algebraic knowledge is limited. So, I had difficulty understanding that formula. However there is a lot of great information in the linked web pages. What I learned is that basically, I was at my peak when I was 29 years old.

These days, I've reverted to being a total ectomorph. But, now that I know what's possible....the sky is the limit.

If I can add 2 to 3 inches to my quads a couple of inches to my calves, keep my abs in check, grow my chest, back and lats 2 to 3 inches, biceps/triceps and forearms a couple of inches. I'd be looking pretty buff. If this doesn't happen, I'm not going to off myself. But, I will be disappointed.  :(

17.5 arm at 166lbs? Nope, that's not happening.

Agreed.  Those arms are 15 maybe 16 inches tops.
