As in never using ANY anabolics or pro hormones , count me in. I have used clen and adderall lol but thats it. I believe Ive reached my natural limit for size in my upper body, 5'9 165-170 contest shape.

Unless you only use food or protein powders, you are not natural.

everyone has different opinions on what is Natural. Some would argue that I should be losing muscle if Im useing clen with no AAS , what does that mean? Clen as zero anabolic or muscle building properties, so when speaking about my muscle or lack of muscle I do consider what ive built as natural. IF someone asked me if I got that lean only dieting , Im the first to let them know , I use clen the last two weeks. To each his own. LOL at the 220 10% bodyfat,

...however, im on about my 4th cycle now so im natural yes...naturally full of gear
