there are some getbiggers with really dark tans from what ive seen
i guess some people dont know when enoughs enough

I just spent the weekend playing with my son in our pool. I'm not sure that "tan" is the right word here...

I beg to differ sir, as Serge Nubret was one of the most well built and handsome of all bodybuilders.  A fantastic physique.

I'm white and proud of it. No way in hell I'd try to make myself "darker" in any way. Tan genereally does look somewhat good on white people wth a darker complexion, but still.. I prefer white healthy skin glow.

serge was actually white but he spent as much time tanning as he did lifting

My hispanic skin tans deep. I do my running cardio the whole summer without a shirt. I also own a pool that I use during the summer. I have a deep tan during the summer and I'm white all winter.

Same for me..italian skin browns quick.I fade out after by fall that's beat.quit tanning beds yrs ago.

Ideally, yes. But unless I'm having sex, I hate to take my clothes off for just 10 minutes...

The key is to go and not overdo but almost everyone does. Once every 5 days is the sweet spot for most.
