currently 280, best lift is probably 225 curl for 2, or lat pull 300 for 18 reps, or 110 lb dumbell curl, or 405 bent row for 1 rep

Lets see....is the curl actually a heaving back extension momentum swing?  Same for the DB curl?  Is the alleged bent row actually a bent over shrug?  The lat pull downs have how much swing to them?

well if you ever tried to curl 225 the shit dont go up on its own, hell yeah you have to put a swing in it to get it up, lat pull now swing, bent row is bent over no fucking standing upright, and curl done by turning weight like you were holding a straight bar, then up and down, no turning on the way up or none of that crap, grab it, turn palms facing outward as you were holding a straight bar and curl up.

No I haven't tried to curl 225, but that doesn't apply here.  You are the one making the claims.  Your "benches" give me enough insight to your form.

just went to gym, today did circuit training, this guy was in there tried to bench 500 he didnt get it up, but was talkin to him, he hit 225, after i had trained hard and heavy all week, killed arms yesterday, i got under the 225, had my feet down, hit my chest and put up 35 reps
