im thinking its time for a bulk but with high cardio

im thinking the massive amounts of bodyweight squats at 315 may have fucked up my back. i think cardio wouldve suited me better

im trying to figure out the best way i can have energy for both reading and physical activities without getting injured or a bad back. and quite simply dieting is not the way  :'(
Good on dropping the fat Johnny. Now to get the ball rolling down hill again just drop a few cals like 100-200 a day and up the cardio slightly. There is really no way out without a little pain. Key is dont drop cals drastically to maintain energy for work.

this is the age old recipe for dieting, and i hate that shit, makes you depressed, why live like that? its not worth it to keep trying to squeeze out more cardio and slightly less calories

it would be never ending i would have to keep dropping cals and increasing cardio to get where i want to be all the while not reading shit because wouldnt have energy for it

it would be like a half life, just living to be lean

Just made my lunch, Heme Iron salad.
A Greek style salad, with pieces of steak tips cut up on top. Left over from my once a month steak...

Try to limit my red meat/heme iron intake...

Looks really good.  And don't be misled by the heme iron hoax.
