Word is that Kai Green is way behind on his prep. Yesterday, he passed out doing cardio at Gold's Gym Venice and paramedics were called. Good job Charles sounds like you're doing a great job with your new guy.

Generally, most prefer and get better results by doing more cardio and not lowering calories as much. Nothing can eat away muscle faster than too low of calories in my experience.

Cardio burns off muscle faster than low carbs, 3 times a day isnt uncommon, you dont do it for any longer than 25 minutes, its much more effective than one session for 60

That makes more sense. I think Ronnie supposedly did 2 one hour sessions during his Olympia prep peak. At least that's what his videos showed, but I don't believe them as far as I can throw them.
To do 3 25min sessions, if you have the time, makes more sense than one session of equal time.

Well DonkeyKong's words should be taken as a pinch of salt... the way he/she writes allegates that he's/she's just a hater. DonkeyKong insults other people in many ways...also regarding their physical condition... but he/she himself/herself doesn't have the self-assurance and confidence to post his/her own picture. Regardless that he/she claims that to be in great condition and better than many others which is highly doubtful.
