Actually I said I can do 30+ stud
since youve been melting down and researching all of my posts Fatman, that "500 pound bench" was a joke in a "cage fighting thread" your claim of benching 225 for 24 reps made just now wasnt sarcasm or a joke was it ? Lets see the video of that hahahha
Gladly, as soon as you n SirTraps post your pics... I need motivation to be huge like you guys!
Why, i didn't any outlandish claims.
I want to see the people who post on a bbing board and think my claim is outlandish.
Fatman hiding behind two gimmicks hahahaha pathetic Sorry Adipose Finch, i dont see you benching as much as Tim Tebow
I didnt make an excuse, I'll do it, post your pic for my motivation.Whats wrong with that?
Calm down Fatty, it aint that serious Now when are we going to see that video of you benching 225 for 24 reps Adipose Finch ? Im impressed you hoisted your corpulent ass up off the computer for 45 minutes today Tubby, nice work
With a name like "sirtraps" one would figure your traps to be huge. Not sure how big they could be shrugging 235 for 6 reps.
Yup. I tried 365 about a month ago and got 3 ASSISTED reps, and I know if I was watching someone else do what I did, I would've been laughing at him.And while we're on the subject, 315 behind the neck even on the smith machine... no f'n way, and neither can whoever is claiming to.
Who fu_k_ng cares.
I admire your Honesty, Jeenius. I saw a dude cranking 315lbs for 17 reps, and I assume he could do 405lbs for a good 10reps. Boy, was I wrong. He managed 3 fcking reps, with the 3rd one assisted half the way up.That changed my assumption about this high reps means heavier weights stuff many believe in.
My lifting partner is a formal div 1 lineman, 6'5 340ish, he can bench 405 fo 5, but cant get 225 for more than 16. Obviously you know, it has more to do with condioning, muscle fibers, arm length etc. All these idiots know is "strong".
BULLSHIT
