Bingos still around. Good guy. He was in a deodorant commercial few yrs back. He was a ref in a hockey game. His legs r still big for a normal guy. But back in the day.....jeeeezus.

And I've said it many times. Those who never saw Shawn ray in person in his prime do not know how utterly impressive the guy was. Trained at Venice n golds Redondo off n on back in the day as many pros did when Redondo was kind of a hot bed for bb too.  Other notables who trained in Redondo at times were flex wheeler, wait...maybe I didn't see Shawn at red...but oh who was the Dave Fisher from canada and his pro bb wife sue price?.....serge trained there a lot...anyway back to Shawn...his joints were so damn small and his waist was insanely tiny and his muscles just bulged and flowed for his joints. Too bad they didn't have a 202 Olympia class then. He would have been untouchable.
