Squats, wanted to do 235 for 3-5 reps but one of those days where everything feels heavy and only got two. Did that then some sets with 225.
Front squats 2 sets
Knee extensions 3 sets
Lunges 3 sets
Pistol squats 2 sets
Standing calf raises 3 sets
25-minute run, hope to get some more cardio with the wife later.
