but honstly i really hate these assisted lifts with suits, tons of wrapping etc...

if that wrap where to give away his knee joint would snap...

662lbs lol

There are lots of great IPF lifts on youtube. WIth albeit support gear they are only single ply etc and they are probaly the strictest federation on assistance gear.

some fucking sick lifts there those guys are impressive as hell.
