If everything goes as planned I would have several professionals (in contest shape) in my gym: Silvio Samuel, Hidetada Yamagishi, Dennis James, Armin Scholz...and possibly Dennis Wolf, Joel Stubbs...and few more...Kris(?), Troy(?),...Off course - anyone else interested to attend the seminar (IFBB pro...or an amateur) - will be welcomed.

All in all - I believe it's going to be fun...

does everyone get to workout in the gym afterwards?

will we all divide into groups based on what bodypart we'll be training and talk shit to each other with references such as "monster 10lbs less than me on that set of pushdowns", or conversely "yeah whatever, all drugs!"?

and most importantly will there be post workout snacks?

Yes it will be fun Milos and i would give anything to be there but this time i cannot brother, but as aways my i am there in spirit. Even if you listen close you will here that Aussie accent echoing in the gym!! ;) Im still there everyday!

YES - everyone can train before - during or after the seminar...
I certainly hope some of you would try few of my methods...

Also - if enough people sign up - I would have to be good host and get some snacks...
