This is what I listen to at the gym on chest day:
I start off with:
Frank Sinatra - Love And Marriage.mp3 it's about 1,5 minutes long so I use that for getting in the zone, putting plates up etc.
Then I do 3 sets of dumbbell presses:
Frank Sinatra - The lady is a tramp.mp3 (live version) about 3 minutes good for the first set + rest.
Second set upping the intensity here:
Frank Sinatra - Bad, Bad Leroy Brown.mp3
Third set coming up:
Frank Sinatra - I Get A Kick Out Of You.mp3
Thats it!
Then a short rest I listen to:
Frank Sinatra - The Best Is Yet To Come.mp3
Then I'm go over to do incline bb bench press:
First set:
Frank Sinatra - The Girl From Ipanema.mp3 3 minutes and 13 seconds
Then 2nd set:
Frank Sinatra - Come Fly With Me.mp3
For final set I listen to:
Frank Sinatra - They Can't Take That Away From.mp3
Ok done!
Then I'm heading off to do dips and finish my chest workout, while walking over there I listen to:
Frank Sinatra - New York, New York.mp3
Then I do first set:
Frank Sinatra - Mack the knife.mp3
Short rest then for 2nd set:
Frank Sinatra - Moon River.mp3
Almost done now, time for cool down!
I listen to

While stretching.
Then I call it the day and leave the gym while listening to
Frank Sinatra - My Way.mp3
