The government shouldn't be forcing business to do anything. If those companies thought they could actually make money with EV's they would invest in them.
Yes they should. Business does not care for what is best for the population.
See thru chip boards were available 20yrs ago. Digital paper was available back then aswell. Do we have either of those now? No. So much tech has been shelved due to falling prices and margins it never came out.
Hence these inflationary cycles flush out those shelved ideas. The stuff in the pipeline is insanely awesome, honestly plebs has NFI just what lies ahead this next 20yrs. I know what is coming because I am involved. Full sci-fi movie stuff.
