He went to the doctors today because he wasn't feeling good. He has some kind of infection.

Yes, both a shot and some drops he has to ingest. And yes, I believe it's internal.

Plus they said he has to get fixed because one of his testicles didn't fall (it's stuck up inside him). Poor little guy.
