thank you both….

i always thinking of the actual day, the actual Training, and the Nutrition,.... and Maybe the next days/or weeks. Changes come slower with age, but i never skip a Workout or a meal (without a reason). Had 2 big injuries in my late 30´s and mid 40´s., changed some exercises and take care how my Body reacts to the exercise. in the last 10 years i only had minor Problems (shoulder a bit Arthrose on the Right side) but no injuries. I don´t know how Long i can train on a certain Level, but i try….cause i love to work out. Going through tough sets it´s more pleasure than pain for me.

from western Part of Germany (near Cologne-Bonn)  "Charly"   (Karl Matthias).

Arms and legs seem to be going the route of Pellius.  Are there McDonald's in Germany?

How sexual are you?

In the spirit of "keeping it real", I fixed this for you.

Are tall people more or less apt to be sexual?

I'd venture to say less apt.  Here is why.  The genre of midget porn leads me to believe that those on the shorter end of the height spectrum tend to be more sexual based on lack of height and the kink involved with midgets fucking.  Either among themselves or crossing over to the vertically blessed.

believe or not.....i am for 8 + years of from steroids, but decide with age 55 with my doctor to do a TRT. instead of every 12-14 days 1ml of Testosterone, i do 0,5-0,6 ml (equal to 125-150 mg) every 6 days. that lead with enanthate to more stable blood levels. all my kidney, liver, cholesterol levels are in normal range...Every 3-4 months i do let some blood out, cause with long term, even a TRT my hämatokrit get a bit up, but not really out of the normal range (up to 48, than do a "Aderlass", did not name the english word, when you take a bit blood away. For my heart i do 5 times Cardio a week, sometimes only 15, sometimes 45 minutes (bout 2 hours cardio a week). now with 57 years of age. my height is about 6 "2,5", in cm excatly 190 cm. Current weight 248 lbs

never ever used GH, or the harder Steroids like Tren, or vetenrary roids. many years ago, more than 15-20 years i used some d-bol (6 x 5mg) a day + Testosterone (max 500mg/week, 2 inj. Sustanon a week). was much heavier that time, but not in the same shape. So, for me it´s easier to get inshape with lower hormone intake, than with higher which will bloat me more.

Thanks for your posts which are right on target. This is what Getbig should be all about and isn't, unfortunately. Calibered2x called you an arrogant asshole. Not sure where he's getting that impression. You seem to me like someone who has successfully maintained a great build throughout your adult life.

We have a couple of things in common. When I was first starting out training as a teenager, my doctor had me on 5 mg D-bol per day and a testosterone shot once a week. For several years, I have been on doctor prescribed TRT. It is my experience that sensible steroid use can give one a real boost. I've trained for a very long time just like you have, actually longer (60 years). At 76, I am healthy, although nowhere near as muscular as you. I do some cardio work most days. My hematocrit  started creeping up, but is still in range. Donating blood is one way to keep it in check. Also drink tons of water and I read grapefruit juice can help lower it. One thing we don't have in common is a full head of hair. I am bald. LOL.

Have COVID-19 pandemic restrictions caused you any inconvenience training?  Are gyms in Germany still open?  Do you have a home gym?

Prime, your doctor put you on dbol and test as a teen? For what?  Note to Charly: TRT is steroids.

I use to talk with Casey Viator on another board when he was alive. He use to say all his blood work came back perfect. I told him there is more to health than blood work. Such things as resting heart rate. How fast your heart rate comes down after exercising. Blood pressure is another. V02 max is a heart health predictor in terms of risk.  Sadly he had a heart attack and died months after. I could have one today too.

I was 5'11" and weighed 126 lbs. I ate like a horse, drinking several banana with egg milkshakes a day. But, I still couldn't add weight. My parents took me to the doctor. He could find no obvious health issues that would cause me to be unable to gain weight. He thought these meds might help and he was right. I quickly went up to 144 lbs and by eighteen I weighed about 175 lbs which I what I weigh today.

My grandson is 23 years old, he's a good eater. He is 6'1" tall and weighs about 155 lbs, after recently adding some weigh. My dad was 6'6" and at age 27 he weighed around 172 lbs. My mom was 5'8" and barely weighed 120 lbs all of her adult life. What can I say, we are a skinny family.  :)

Sure. No problem. It would be quite a long trek for you to see him, since his practice is located in Portland, OR. What's the price of a round trip plane ticket from the UK to Portland and back? That's if you are even able to fly during the pandemic. Add that to the price of an office visit and the cost becomes exorbitant. One savings is you could sleep on my living room couch while you're here, (the guest room is currently occupied by my great-granddaughter and probably will be for the next year or so). ;)

It cost me around $500 to fly to San Francisco to see my Daughter last year.
Whatever it costs it’d of been worth it 25/30 Years back for a lifetime supply of
Good Pharmaceutical Gear.   👍🏻 😀
