Melania has thus far avoided the courtroom where her husband is on trial for fraud. There is speculation as to why. Maybe she simply does not like being in court regardless of whether she supports her husband or not. Or maybe she cannot figure out what she wants to wear. A black outfit could send the wrong message. A white one also might not be right in that it might be mistaken as purity or waving a 'white flag' as if to surrender on behalf of her husband. My guess is that she is ticked off and wants nothing to do with this sorted mess.

She doesn't give a fuck.  Just another fuck up out of many by her fuck up of a husband.  Out of all the Trumps, she is the smartest of the bunch.  That is why she has had her prenup reworked multiple times.   Duhnold absolutely fears her.
