A 17 to 18 inch arm is a noticeable difference. A 20 to 19 isn’t as noticeable. Adding size improves imbalances
Just Adding size doesn't improve imbalances- in most instances it worsens the imbalance, as Strong / Good responding
Body parts grow more.
You seriously should reevaluate your training/ Your Ideas & your Goals.
There's No Hate From Me. I've had my competing career & Fortunately did reasonably well.
Injuries put an end to competing for me.
Yeah I could compete only I don't like the Look of my Damaged Pec & Triceps so I don't.
Now I judged For NABBA UK.
