I believe that it's 92% of Democrats if Biden is running against Trump.

But only 30 percent of Democrats said they would vote for Biden in a Democratic presidential primary.

I've predicted that Biden resigns after the mid-terms, but a primary challenge would wound him to the extent that if he actually won the nomination, he'd go into November 2024 so damaged that the Republican nominee would soundly beat him.  And if Biden loses the primary, the Democrats surrender the incumbency - a big no-no.

He did make DeSantis, in a way. Besides, most polls have Trump beating DeSantis by at least 2-to-1. And, if DeSantis doesn't run, nobody else has a prayer against Trump. The establishment GOP (Bush/McCain/Cheney/Romney-types) don't want either one of them to run.
