I like Roman, but he's stuck in his ways, he'll never reach his full potential, due to his stubbornness. Training twice a day for years on end, his super low fat diet he eats like 4-5 foods, then 3 days before a show starts carbing up on shit he hasn't eaten the whole prep, shit loads of ice cream loaded with lactose, pancakes loaded with gluten, various other shit apple pies, McDonald's (which is loaded with seed oils) etc..that's only going to cause inflammation/stomach distress/bloating. If you're system isn't used to that shit why the fuck would you eat it to "fill out" you wanna know why you never "fill out" with the constant training you're constantly depleting your glycogen stores, you're never giving them a chance to fill up. The dude is still training the day before the show, he needs to chill, let the carbs saturate the muscles. The guy needs to hire a good coach and listen to him to the T instead of doing all this bullshit that he's been doing for years on end.
