Goodmorrow,

We need a serious intervention for Melvin. He's fallen off the deep end and making very unhealthy, terrible life choices. Smoking cigars, drinking wine and eating oso bucco is extremely bad for the arteries. From an inside source, I was told that Vince's waist is up to a 48. This is a serious red flag and if Vince doesn't have anyone close to him to wake him up he needs his friends here at GetBig to comfort him with tough love. Let's do this and surprise Vince with an "intervention thread". I know Vince G. and he will thank us when he gets help and cleans up.

Seems like he's been in a downward spiral since Vissy stopped playing hide the sausage with him.

Vince should present his buttocks to the local Ugandan sailors, at least that would provide a some cardio for him.

Well you hit on a hot topic for Vince. Vince and I both talked after his break up. He took it very hard but after a few talks he decided to move on. I still think he wasn't ready but he assured me he was. I still have my doubts and after this strange behavior of posting meals, dinners and such, I think he's hitting the wall hard.
