you look fantastic NJ, I am sure the point of what you are saying to dj that he is not getting in reference4 to the dumbell presses is you probably feel the muscle working where as he just moves the weight
I don't understand how people don't figure that out, hell you probably get more out of each rep then he does in 5 sets.
bet if dj dropped the fucking weight in half and actually worked his muscles instead of hoisting the weights he would make bigger improvements then what he is showing.
A person can do all the 3-5-10-15-20 rep sets they want but if they are not working the muscle they are not maximizing growth no matter how intense they think they are.
That is precisely the reason BeThere maintains and imprves his quads in his fifties because he uses the amounts that work to maximize his sets and reps scheme. Same reason you still look good at 49.
