I know with comps coming up I will be training as always.Remember to be a Pro you have to train like a Pro.

I usually train in the morning. I bring in donuts and Tim Horton's coffee and stage then on the bench press for all to enjoy. After I'm there for two hours one can't distinguish whether the white powder is chalk or powdered sugar on the bars and benches. But a good time is had by all.

I plan on seriously focusing on diet throughout the day.

Probably take the dogs and go hike up the mountain, good for the heart.

I will not train on Christmas day. I am not that obsessed with bodybuilding. I also have no thoughts of becoming a pro or even entering any contests. I train for good health and to look fit. Besides, I believe the gym where I work out is closed on Christmas day.

Ill be starting my day with a Jim Beam, ending my day with Tequila.
I train so much, I don't do it on Holidays, I enjoy 'em with my family.
Just so happens, SAT is a normal day off for me anyways.

there's that classic post my tom prince where he states what it takes to be a pro and he says that you can never miss a scheduled workout for like 10-15 years (except for attending the funeral of a family member) so, you're right, you gotta be hangin' n bangin' on christmas unless you don't normally train on saturdays.
