does CLA really help to get you ripped? my friend swears by it
I am no expert on these things but I do specifically recall reading a real study report on CLA (conjugated linoleic acid). What I basically rememeber (in simple terms) is that it reduces the creation of new fat in the body especially around areas like the abs. It does not reduce your fat but restricts the creation of fat in the body.However it does take fairly high dosage of 3 - 4 mg per day. I do not believe that there were any significant side effects. Real world evidence seems to suggest like 3-6 grams a day....
try HMB i doubt its still legal though, Andreas Munzer used it.
