I also think he might have been lying about his steroid use. Either that or he was buying fake gear. I wouldn't be surprised if the real bodybuilders in his gym were purposefully selling him counterfits. I bet thay all had a good laugh at the delusional fat guy. Just like we're doing now.

It is possible with extraordinary crappy genetics.

I have personaly whitnessed a guy do a 12week cycle tabs+injecting test+
russian HGH.

At the end of the cycle his max bench was 155lbs for 1reps.
He was so bloated his face looked like a blowfish.
Weightgain about 15lbs.
The gear was legit other guys was on the same stuff.
His dealer was laughing so hard, and told him:
"with all that gear, it still looks like you never worked out!
Change sport, lifting is not for you! go play chess.
I am not selling any more cycles to you, you make people thing my gear is fake"
