The bullet ricocheted off a wall and hit her.....he didn't go and point the gun right at her. That's why he didn't get convicted. Prosecutor counted on hatred of Mexicans to convict him of murder. If he was charged solely with just manslaughter or negligent homicide then we would not be having this conversation...
Like I said, its no different than George Zimmerman. Prosecutor got cocky and tried to charge him with murder instead of just manslaughter and get that lip busted
