No not "all central and South American", you have some countries that are more than others. And then you have countries like Guyana that are mixed mostly of blacks and Indians---red dot, not feather...
And then you get into Brasil, which has a mixure, but diff populations are more black than, Indian, more, white than both, some all black, some all white, some all Indian.
One can say, many, but to use such strong language as "all", is a misnomer.
