Got MRI results today, no tendon/ligament damage, no broken bones.  Just a forearm tear, should heal in a few weeks, and can lift with a brace.

5 sets smith machine squats ass to ankle pause each rep at bottom 1 plate for 25,25.2 plates for 15,15,12.

5 sets leg extensions 2 plates sets of 20-30

5 sets standing calf on smith 3 plates 15-25

5 sets db wrist curls 60,70,80,90,95

5 sets db reverse wrist curls 25s

5 sets crunches sets of 40-50

Playing in a tourney in fla.

I think it was just going from zero to 100 mph with no progressive weekly warmup.

One of the pitfalls of living in Ma, then going to Fla  to play in March.

I've add a TENS stim thing to aid recovery.  Tried deadlifting using straps (no homo) but that still aggrivated it so that's out the door for a bit.
