Is a lot of fricken food. I added two scoops of protein powder to it and I had to force myself to finish it as my right before bed meal....almost to the point of gagging. Anybody eat all that on a regular basis? It was crazy.......but I didn't wake up hungary after a leg workout ;D
Then I had it for breakfast again and I'm only a week in..... :-X

i find the best way to eat oatmeal is to buy it buy the instant packet, the dump about a half packet in your mouth, and swish it down w water. Four packs gives approx. 80 grams carbs. Easy, no mess w dishes, and no force feeding..

Seriously. I don't think I could sleep after doing that, as I'd probably get horrendous indigestion.

You'll get used to it man. I eat 2 cups of oatmeal with 3 of my daily meals and it used to fill me up but now I need that much food otherwise I'm starving.

yeah I think you get used to it, or you could eat half the portion later that day

Nope, sleep like a baby. If I don't I'll wake up at 2-3 am starving. This gets me to like.......5am.

i did that for a while but like you said it was a pain to finish and i went to bed feeling bloated as hell, i stick to shakes now
