On a side note, this throw off the saying that goes like African can't make good bodybuilder.  It is just that they do not put their mind to it.  They have other priorities in life. Then again most of the top black bodybuilders in the UK are either from Africa mainly Ghana and Nigeria or from the Caribbean
Same dude? I remember dude had unkempt cornrows and a goatee and a lighter skin tone. His pics were posted here.

But, I seen pics of bodybuilders from Ghana who built their own weights and equipment, and look very good.

Yeah, that's him and went and looked at the Serge Nubret thread on here. Also, there was a Haitian dude that was MuscleDevelopment last year, awesome  physique...I think they pulled that vid, because Dave Palumbo did the interview.
