but phil beats him on bi's and tris.. peaked seperated...
tris... even worse full seperated.....not even close
if this was a who has better forearms then i'd say frank but overall....

In terms of bodybuilding standards, Phil Heath has "better" arms.

I agree that by BB standards Heath wins, but McGrath's arms have the more rugged density and dryess of the 70s, which looks a lot more impressive to me. Heath has a bloated look in comparison. That's aside from the forearms where McGrath easily wins.

Heath's arms look odd to me; I think he's injecting synthol in his tris. The only other guys that come to mind with that triceps shape are those who inject.

I feel differently now, having seen the kind of shape Phil has brought to the stage over the last 2 years. I'd say his arms are bigger and freakier than Frank's arms, even though Frank is no slouch himself.

heaths arms look *insane*.. its not a desirable look imo.

Frank's arms are hard and vascular, but not as separated and dry as Phil's.  Phil clearly has the better set of arms for competitive bodybuilding.
