Don't make threats fatty.  It would not be a problem for me to make a drive to Cali to bash your fat skull in.  You know jack shit except for what I put out there on myself.  So yes, keep thinking, I'm broke, jobless and anything else you want.  It's like that for a reason.

It's called being of the grid.  I'm the last person you want looking over your shoulder for.
Thumbs up Wiggs!!!

there is 2 ways of living life. 1st is being at the mercy of everyone and everything that surrounds you, 2nd living from the source, from your soul. 1st energy is directed outward to inward, 2nd the energy is comes from inside and goes outside. The 1st source is easily observed in people like Cutler. compared to those who have a genuine sense of contentment, because they know the source!, which is within you!!

So it wouldn't suprise me that someone like him would go broke. People who look to material possessions to bring them happiness are never satisfied. They burden themselves with an unbelievable amount of debt to fill this void they have. That is until it runs out and they are left with nothing.

Aah getbig...

I like Jay, he was cool as mr olympia, but like someone already said showing off all the 'bling' doesn't mean you have it.

Come on get real.. the common joe in north america does he ever really own anything? It's all debt/credit. Look at government.

It's easy to get loans and buy expensive crap...

That being said smart people would invest and not spend all that $$$$$$$ in a split second.

They aren't though, you need to put things in perspective here. Tyson has been broke for the past 5-6 years yet he has lived in a mansion and has driven fancy cars and is still known for dropping 50k on dinner. Same with all these guys, ya they are considered broke in comparison to what they used to have but don't be fooled they live like kings a pend tens of thousand per month, Rodman included.

agreed...people give them free shit and plus they get credit all over the place and pay it off later...if they can, and usually for pennies on the dollar..this is how they stay afloat and continue to live large....they buy buy cars, houses, clothing, dinners, etc all on credit with the promise to pay later...restaurants, car dealerships, etc, want their business because it brings them publicity and plus the stars refer their friends to said businesses....the businesses still make money because those debts are actually assets that the businesses can sell to loan collectors if the stars don't pay.....and when the stars do pay, they pay 10 cents or 20 cents on the dollar at a later time due to claiming poverty....and the debt collectors settle with them..look at Michael Jackson..he was stone broke and still continued getting credit

Look at his remaining "sponsors", says it all http://jaycutler.com/sponsors.html

he has no significant income, hasn't had any competing income in 2012, his burn rate alone for real estate, basic cost of living is at least $13-14k a months, which means he needs to make at least 225k a year just to stay afloat.

he barely made that last year.

That's what he tells the IRS dipshit to keep his cash 8)

Either way its worth less compared to his initial investment.

Lets say he bought it for $1 M and now its worth $500k. If he expected it to be worth 1,5 today his loss is in reality 1 M bucks. Not only did he loose a huge chunk of his investment, he also lost future dividends.

think about for a second the number of NBA and NFL stars who go broke.

IFBB pros do not, generally speaking, contain higher intelligence or judgment than those guys. Thus,
it is no wonder that we see the futures of Cormier, Levrone, Titus etc. turning out the way they did.

Cutler has made a lot of money, yes, but just go through the number of luxury cars he has had.
Not exactly the move of a financial genius.

http://www.celebritydetective.com/Celebrity_Homes_Jay-Cutler-house-Las-Vegas.html

In early January 2007, Jay Cutler purchased a home in the gated Palisades Estates community of Las Vegas, Nevada for $1,570,000. Built in 2006, the home has three bedrooms, five full bathrooms and a half, a courtyard entry which opens onto 18 foot vaulted ceilings, swimming pool & spa, and 4,826 total square feet.

there's no other way to look at it... Jay's fucked, that house can't be worth more than 500k on the market right now IF he can find a buyer
