 You ever think that's how he decides on which show to do? Based on his cell phone plan and roaming charge fees?

To my knowledge, no. :-\
It would be interfering with the Mr. O prep should he qualify at the ASC.
I personally would advise him to skip it if he does.
That being said, he won it, there's nothing to prove by coming back, he should focus on the Big One and enjoy making the needed improvements to slay the giants!
