i don't know i think herschel looks fairly decent for near 50 years old.

 When I started working out at 15 I didn't use weights, just did tons of pushups. After a while I could pump out over 100 pushups per set and do 3 or 4 sets, so that, like 300-500 per day. Nowadays I can only do like 30-40 though, because i'm not conditioned for it and my bodyweight is higher.

 Same with situps and bodyweight squats. I used to do them by the 100's. Then my Mama bought me a weight bench.

When i was 18 i did reguraly 300 in one evening hour. 6*50pushups
so i think 600 a day is no problem for someone who trains it a month or 2

Seriously, this happens in jail, when i'm in jail I grab little gangbangers to stand on my back, while I do pushups.  They can't believe it sometimes, but I always do at least 25, with someone standing on my back.
