What's the point of being big if you're weak?

Nonesence every getbigger is only at most 10 weeks away from stepping on a pro stage.  And they all squat 500+ and bench 400 with ease.  They all know everything about everything as well.  And according to bay almost everyone here is also a fag ;D

What's the point of being big if you're weak?

what's the point of being strong if one is fat?

it's bodybuilding so in the end it doesn't matter.

are you only in the game for looks?
i am not saying chris is weak, but i am aiming for both; looks and strength. health would be nice but not top on priority list.
well as long as he can do 225 for more than 15x he is still stronger than nasser ;D

haha sorry i forot its 120's dumbell incline press but i heard Rambot got it up to 180s
I'm not hating on the guy just an interesting fact wouldn't you say?

180s isn't that good either at 250+ pds
shawn was doing them at a bodyweight of no more that 130pds?  ;D

It also depends on how strict the form being used is. I'd rather do 120's strict then struggle with 180's.

You idiot. An incline bench with 180 lb dumbbells is extremely strong.

I agree, 180lb dumbells are very heavy and no 130 lb athlete had ever used them for anything

I was reffering to Shawn Ray. In Flex Wheelers video. flex was making fun of shawn. When he was inclining the 130s, he was like this is how much Shawn Ray weights, 130pds ;D  And in shawns video shawn says he did the 180s incline. So i just put 2 and 2 together ;D
