Delts/back/traps shoulder girdle area....

Having a weak chest in comparison is a weakness, plus holding fat on my lower back is a pure cun.t and requires torture to remove it.

Gifted for what? Traps are tbe biggest and strongest. Triceps are never injured. Cock isn't huge but my libido always is. It depends.

My nose is my worst. Looks big enough to hide Joon in, and still cannot breathe properly through it. Second worst are my pecs, strong but always tearing.

Cock is my best, my balls are my worst but they still produce a ton of cum.

The balls only produce 5% of semen, 95% of semen is made in the prostate gland and seminal vesicles located inside the body. If you get a vasectomy you can still cum like usual, just without the 5% of sperm.

Arms are my best, they stay big and full even when I'm fully depleted unlike everything else and I barely train them directly nowadays.

Biceps, back and shoulders are good
Chest, abs ok
Triceps and anything leg related are a tragedy.

Anyone ever have a naturally good upper chest?

I think my upper chest fell due to many years of gravity pulling it down. -Lower back. No matter what I weigh or how muscular I am, my lower back is fat. My best might be the ability to remain healthy fit as I've aged.

An older lady commented on and felt my upper arms while I was in line at the post office. Can a woman be a schmoe?

Steroids or genetics? I started losing my hair in my late teens. It could have been the result of either of those or both.

Genetics. Never done roids. I had a friend and lifting buddy that started doing roids at 13, I told him I heard he should wait until he is 18. Well, he stunt his growth, dude is as short as coach now. That and his bitch tits and other sides, turn me off of roids forever. I also joined the power lifting team in high school for a couple years. So there was pressure to start, but I never did. I have nothing against steroids. I just don't think it is worth it if you're not a college sport star or in the NFL or something.
But yeah, starting going bald. Tried rogaine, didn't really work to well, then just manned up, and shaved that shit off.

Yeah, that rectum thing was a weird comment to make. Maybe it was a joke.

Old guys often get droopy clutes unless they do a lot of humping/thrusting or reverse hack squats.  :)

Same....my best hair day was the day I shaved my head (actually buzz cut). Accepting my hairless pate fate was freeing. It also saved me a ton of money and time over the years, because it's DIY.

A doctor put me on D-bol and once a week test shots when I was 18 because I was ridiculously skinny. Prescribed dosage is a world apart from folks who self medicate. The d-bol took care of my skinniness.

Btw....Hearns in his prime here was 6'1 150lbs....For those on the 2 year long Trey Brewer style permabulk..might want take the fat off every now and then just to make sure your arms look AT LEAST as good as this toothpick.

Best - meaning most results for least effort - delts I suppose.  Worst - I got a pretty wide waist a la Jim Quinn, even when I'm at low BF  :'(

It's not always easy to spot if someone has a bodypart with exceptional potential at the beginning of their lifting life, is it?  This old before and after is a good example.... who coulda known...?
